Joanna is responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts and business relationships with developers, land and facilities owners in Warsaw and Central Poland. She leads projects for different sectors: logistics operators, distribution, retail and production companies. Her key assignments are: developing and maintaining relationship with tenants, business development and acquiring new tenants, planning, organizing and coordinating C&W activities in Central Poland and Warsaw region. She gained her professional experience in real estate, working among others, at Pinnacle Poland (now P3) and as a lease consultant in the Industrial Department of DTZ Poland. Key clients: UPS, FM Logistic, Kellogg’s, Phoenix Pharma, Sonoco, Flextronics.
