Wojciech Koczara is a qualified legal advisor and and a partner in CMS Cameron McKenna’s Warsaw office, heading Real Estate and Construction Department. Wojciech Koczara specialises in real estate business law. He has been advising domestic and international investors in relation to the purchase, sale and lease of commercial estates and the performance of development projects for over 12 years. He has advised on various significant real estate, corporate and financing transactions in Poland, including the acquisitions and disposals of office buildings, hotels and shopping centres, as well as projects concerning logistics centres. Before joining CMS Cameron McKenna, he has worked for Clifford Chance and Domanski, Zakrzewski, Palinka and the National Bank of Poland. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University. He is the author of several publications concerning sale and lease back transactions and real estate. He is fluent in English and also speaks conversational German.
