Dominika Bettman – Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Polska. Dominika Bettman is an economist, financier, and actively acts in favour of ethics and corporate social responsibility as well as diversity. A graduate of the Foreign Trade faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics, she started her career in Siemens as a logistic specialist, then to become a financial manager, to finally arrive at the position of the CFO. She manages finance in the field of IT, telecommunications, and industry. Acted as the CFO in Nokia Siemens, where she also gained experience in M&A. Business is her passion and she is committed to sales, project implementation, and customer relations. Profitability of projects and cash flow are her priorities. Cooperating with her, Siemens Polska won in the recent years the largest projects in the energy and transport sector, and was awarded Top-Plus Siemens awards: in 2000 for the best project of working capital optimisation, and in 2014 for the best regional company. She has initiated changes of organisational culture of the company towards business strategy based on values. She promotes talents and development of people in the company through coaching and mentoring. She is fascinated with innovative technologies. An advocate of cooperation between business and science. Together with rectors of the leading Polish universities of technology, she is a member of the Chapter of the Siemens Scientific Award, granted to outstanding scientists working in engineering fields. She teaches leadership. Supports careers of women. Develops volunteering. In private life, she is interested in opera, painting, and long-distance travel.
