Marcin is a Senior Surveyor in Capital Markets team. He is responsible for providing investment consultancy services for investors and developers in disposals and acquisitions of commercial properties in office and industrial sector as well as maintaining contacts and business relationships with Polish and international investors. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010, and in 2011 he started to work as an analyst in the Office Department. In 2014 he joined the Capital Markets team. His recent successes include: • Acquisition of „Prime Corporate Center” office building in Warsaw, 19,000 sq m • Disposal of „Nova Praga” office building in Warsaw on behalf of UBS, 6,000 sq m • Disposal of „Dubois 41” office building in Wrocław on behalf of Nacarat, 7,000 sq m • Disposal of „Alchemia Phase I and II” in Gdańsk on behalf of Torus, 50,000 sq m • Acquisition of „Enterprise Park” office complex in Kraków for Tristan Capital Partners, 29,000 sq m • Buy-side advisory to Ares Real Estate Group on the acquisition of 16,000 sq m Jerozolimskie Business Park • Advisory to Blackstone on the acquisition of 200,000 sq m industrial portfolio • Sell-side advisory to Skanska on the disposal of Green Horizon office scheme in Łódź, 33,000 sq m
