Becar joined P3 in 2007 as Business Director Slovakia and was subsequently promoted to the role of Managing Director Slovakia, taking responsibility for business development, acquisitions and growth in that market. In 2010 his role was expanded to include responsibility for P3’s operations in the Czech Republic.
As Managing Director Czech Republic and Slovakia, Becar oversaw a significant extension of P3’s presence in these countries, with development in the last three years at six different locations in the region. In late 2013 he took on the role of Managing Director CEE.
Prior to joining P3, he was a Founder and Executive Director of WebCom Ltd. and Comsultia Ltd.
Becar holds a Strategic Management degree from Comenius University in Bratislava and is a Board Member of Investment Support Association (Slovakia).
