Long-time manager and director of commerce departments of retail chains like Empik - 200+ stores in Poland, and Baltona - Travel Retail in several countries: Poland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Ukraine, Romania, included B2B business in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Cuba. He has led projects and implementations within EMF Group in Poland and within Flemingo Group in Europe. He was responsible for planing and succesful implementation of operational M&A proces of Belgium Company Chacalli De Decker. He has vast experience in the commercial and operational management, project management, business development and organisational changes planning and implementation. From 2017, he became the Managing Director at WAIMEA HOLDING S.A. Polish developer of modern warehouse and production spaces as well as aviation infrastructure.
