She is responsible for team coordination and supporting the key industrial projects for the tenants across Poland.
Joanna has many-year experience cooperating with tenants from various sectors such as logistics operators, distribution, retail, pharmaceutical, e-commerce and production companies.
Joanna graduated from Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and she is also graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, Management and Marketing Studies, with specialization in Real Estate Management. She holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and she is SIOR member (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) - U. S. association of professionals, serving the office and industrial real estate market of commercial property. Joanna speaks fluent English.
She gained her professional experience in real estate, working among others, at Pinnacle Poland (now PointPark Properties) and at DTZ Poland.
Joanna advised such companies as Allegro, Coca-Cola, Damco, FM Logistic, Flakt Woods, Flex, Frohe, Inpost, Jabil, Junghenrich, Kellogg, Panalpina, Phoenix Pharma, Sonoco, TRW, VMA, Unisourse, UPS and others.
