Arkadiusz Rudzki has long-term experience on the real estate market gained through working with leading financial institutes, advisory firms and private equity funds directly from the real estate sector.
He joined Skanska Property Poland in 2012 as Leasing & Asset Director. By the end of 2015, he was responsible for the unit’s strategy in terms of leasing and management of property from the company’s portfolio. In January 2016, he was appointed as Managing Director at Skanska Property Poland and is currently responsible for strategic decisions regarding the business of Skanska’s office unit in Poland.
