1. Since 2007, she has been connected with the Capital Park Group – an investment company operating on the Polish property market, in which she is a member of the Management Board and holds the function of the Operations Director. She is involved in the major projects carried out by the Capital Park Group, e.g. the Eurocentrum and Royal Wilanów office projects. Since 2009, she has also been the General Director of the special purpose vehicle ArtN Sp. z o.o., owned by the Capital Park Group, the purpose of which is to implement a prestigious project consisting in revitalising the former Norblin Factory in Warsaw. She knows how to select and motivate people and stimulate them to prepare creative and pioneering solutions which create added value and, as a result, also the competitive advantage.
2. Together with Dorota Czekaj and Kasia Wierzbowska, she has established and runs the Business Angel Network, the Black Swan Fund, which invests in start-ups managed by women. She holds the function of the President there. She invests herself in start-ups from various sectors – BioBazar and fintech Invipay are her most interesting investments.
3. Starting from 1997 for the next 11 years, she was the General Director of Call Center Poland, which – under her leadership – became one of the largest outsourcing multilingual customer service centres in Eastern Europe. Call Center Poland S.A., which was part of the Communication One Group, was successfully sold in 2007.
4. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Sorbonne University in Paris.
