For the past 10 years, he has served as the President of the Management Board of Agora, during which time the company strengthened its position as a market leader in cinema (Helios) and outdoor advertising (AMS), entered the field of film production and distribution (Next Film), and began expanding in the radio segment by merging Agora’s Radio Group with Eurozet. Under his leadership, Agora became a leader in the digital transformation of Polish media. “Gazeta Wyborcza” was the first in the country to successfully implement an online subscription model, achieving outstanding results and ranking among Europe’s leaders. He also serves on the Supervisory Board of the Association of Digital Publishers’ Employers and the General Council of the Lewiatan Confederation
