The registration desk will be located in the foyer of the conference rooms of the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel. After entering the venue through the entrance on Bolesława Prusa street, go right.
Working hours of the registration desk:
28 September 2026 9.00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
29 September 2026 9.30 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
Upon registration, each participant will receive a badge. Once a participant has left the venue, they must produce a badge before reentering. Each badge is valid on both days of the Forum.
You are kindly requested to arrive for the session in good time.

- enjoy beverages served during coffee breaks,
- access the VIP Sector (networking area, coffee break, lunch),
- access the VIP Sector (lunch),
- participate in the evening Prime Property Prize Gala (28 September 2026, Concept 13 Restaurant in the Vitkac Luxury Store),
- participate in the banquet (28 September 2026, Concept 13 Restaurant in the Vitkac Luxury Store),
- watch broadcasts and rebroadcasts of the sessions of Property Forum.

Only holders of the following badges are entitled to access the VIP Sector
Non-stop coffee break will be available in the VIP sector, in Sofia and Vienna rooms on the first floor of the hotel, with lunch being served during the following hours:

Entering the car park (an underground car park of Sheraton Grand Warsaw) is possible from Maria Konopnicka street.
The number of available parking spaces is limited and booking them in advance is not possible.
Parking fee:
PLN 15.00 / 1 h / car
PLN 120.00 / 1 h / car
Paid at the hotel reception desk before departure (the keyword is “Property Forum”). Every car needs to leave the car park within 15 minutes from the payment.

Those who do not collect their name tags at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw hotel will be able to do it at the venue.
- Gala and banquet

PRIME PROPERTY PRIZE awards will be presented for the 16th time.
This year’s statuettes were designed by Oskar Zięta.
The official gala will be followed by a banquet.

- The Gala is a black tie event.

The entrance to the car park is located at Nowogrodzka street. Locate the marked entrance to the car park of the Vitkac Luxury Store.
The number of available parking spaces is limited and booking them in advance is not possible.
