Kacper Nosarzewski
Position: partner, 4CF, Member of the Management Board, Polish Society for Futures Studies
is a Partner at 4CF The Futures Literacy Company, a board member of the Polish Society for Futures Studies, and a foresight expert for the World Economic Forum in Davos. He has authored methodologies and co-authored foresight reports for both civilian and military clients. He advises on strategic foresight businesses as well as international institutions, including the FAO, UNESCO and UNEP. Notably, he led the "Country Development Scenarios 2050" project for the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure and Development. He has also managed projects for corporations and government agencies globally in various sectors, including high-tech, energy, food, finance, logistics, and defence. He is an executive board member of the Polish chapter of The Millennium Project—the world’s largest foresight think tank—and a member of several other international industry associations.
