Ewelina Kałużna has long-time experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Skanska, she had been Director and Team Leader of the Office Agency at Landlord Representation Department at Colliers International and had co-operated with developers active on the real estate market in Poland. Furthermore, before joining Colliers, she had worked as Associated Director at JLL and had been responsible for implementing complex commercialization strategies for office buildings.

In Skanska, Ewelina is in charge of a team of more than 20 people. She supervises development and execution of leasing strategies for commercial areas realized by Skanska in order to achieve assumed lease level per project. Ewelina is responsible for the strategy of cooperation with tenants and business partners as well as for increase of the developed investments’ value and for property management. As a board member she is responsible for the company’s strategy in Poland.

Since Ewelina’s appointment as Leasing & Asset Management Director at Skanska, her team, which is present on 7 markets in Poland (Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Poznan, Lodz, Katowice and Tri-City), has been continuously increasing the amount of leased office space. Since 2016 Skanska has sold 12 buildings for 647 million euro, leased approximately 260,00 sqm and started projects totalling 314,00 sqm.

At Business Link Ewelina is in charge of the Sales and Standard Excellence Department (38 people in total) and is responsible for 5 Business Link locations: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Prague. She supervises the development of strategy and sales structures. As a board member she is responsible for organization’s strategy in Poland and Czechia.

Ewelina graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and holds prestigious titles MRICS, CCIM and LEED Green Associate.

In 2017 she was named one of 10 Business Rising Stars by the “Rzeczpospolita” daily.
