Maciej K. Król joined the Business Link team in January 2018 as Director of Sales & Standard Excellence, responsible for sales processes, business strategy, service standardization and the management of a team of real estate professionals. Maciej has over 20 years of experience in the fields of IT, corporate marketing, investment consulting in the real estate market, optimization of business processes and restructuring. He was responsible for the creation and coordination of asset management, leasing and project management teams. During his career he was also partner and managing director of a Polish branch of international real estate consultants – GVA Worldwide, and a board member of two foreign real estate market investment funds, responsible for portfolio restructuring and financing. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Urban Land Institute.
