    The housing industry is concerned about amendments to the Act on Developers, while commercial properties are looking forward to the abolition of the right of perpetual usufruct… This year alone, about 200 fundamental regulations affecting the commercial property sector have been amended. Investors have one more concern in common – legal and tax changes have been implemented too fast in Poland, without social consultation; they are not precise enough and the rules are being changed during the game. What direction should legal and tax changes in Poland take? What works well and what works poorly?
