As a Group Logistics Director, Mr Dopierała is in charge of the strategy and execution of the company’s global logistics system, which includes: procurement, store distribution and e-commerce fulfilment.

For over 25 years he has been involved in Logistics and Supply Chain Management area, gaining a broad global experience in logistics and retail sectors in Poland, Germany, Turkey, and Hong Kong. His core areas of competency are associated with: strategic planning, process management, logistics network design, automation and infrastructure development.

Mr. Dopierała gained his earlier professional experience working in METRO Group and Raben Group. He is a graduate of Operational and Supply Chain Management at Higher School of Logistics in Poznan, as well as Global SCM at ETH Zurich / Swiss Federal Institute of Technology where he completed an MBA programme. He is also a graduate of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management and Finances at Warsaw School of Economics.

The warehouse and logistics market clearly benefits from that. Poland is an international logistics hub, handling orders for the largest online shops.
