Position: Chairman of the City Council in Łódź
A long-standing local government official from Łódź and Chair of the Łódź City Council.
For many years, he has promoted the idea of sustainable transport and a city that is more accessible and resident-friendly. He co-authored the “Cycling Guidelines” and has supported the modernisation of streets, public consultations, and improved access to public transport.
He is also actively involved in the development of artificial intelligence in Poland, contributing to the implementation of the AI Development Policy and to initiatives of the Ministry of Digital Affairs aimed at regions leading in this field. He promotes the use of digital technologies in city management and supports the development of a local innovation ecosystem.
