Dorota Latkowska-Diniejko is Co-Founder and CIO of REINO Group and President of the Management Board of REINO IO Logistics. She has over 25 years of experience in the property industry across Central and Eastern Europe. She began her career at USAID in Warsaw and later worked at Price Waterhouse Nieruchomości, where she helped establish one of the first commercial and residential property research teams in Poland. From 1998, she co-developed Knight Frank’s Polish business, becoming a partner and shareholder and leading the Capital Markets division and financial advisory for many years. She advised property funds including Credit Suisse, DEKA, Invesco and AZORA. She specialises in investment transactions, capital raising, debt financing, property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence and transaction structuring. The total value of transactions involving her has exceeded EUR 3bn. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw University of Technology and Sheffield Hallam University, holds an MBA and is a licensed property valuer. In 2010, she co-founded REINO Group, whose managed office and logistics portfolio has exceeded EUR 650m.
