Dorota joined Nhood in 2026 with a mandate to develop and expand the company’s services business in Poland, strengthening its position as a provider of comprehensive, full-lifecycle solutions for commercial real estate.
She has extensive experience across asset and property management, development and remodelling projects, as well as acquisitions, due diligence, transaction advisory and disposals.
Prior to joining Nhood, she served as Director and Head of Property Management Operations at Balmain Group, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 500,000 m² GLA with a value exceeding EUR 800 million.
She holds a master’s degree in management from Cracow University of Economics and postgraduate qualifications in Property Management from Kozminski University in Warsaw.
