Krzysztof Dudek is the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Newport by Panattoni. He is responsible for the fund’s operational and investment activities, portfolio and asset management, as well as capital raising and cash flow management.
Before joining Newport by Panattoni, he worked for nearly 8 years at TFI PZU, a company belonging to the PZU Group, where, as Director of Real Estate Investment Management, he was responsible for a commercial property portfolio worth nearly €1 billion. He also managed an evergreen commercial property fund and a development fund focused on the residential market. He also held seats on various investment committees.
Prior to that, he gained experience in financial and property consultancy at Deloitte and PwC, as well as at a private equity fund investing in commercial and residential property in Central and Eastern Europe.
