Łukasz Ciesielski
Position: Managing Director, STRABAG Real Estate
Łukasz Ciesielski entered the commercial real estate sector in 2012 and has been leading the Polish branch of STRABAG Real Estate as Managing Director since 2019. He is responsible for the company’s strategy and day-to-day operations.
Since 2004, he has been gaining international experience within the STRABAG Group, delivering building construction and infrastructure projects in Austria, Germany and Ukraine, among other markets. He then built STRABAG Real Estate’s structures in Poland from the ground up and played a key role in the brand’s expansion into the local market.
Currently, under Łukasz’s leadership, the company is developing Upper One, an office and hotel complex in Warsaw, scheduled for completion in 2027.
