Magdalena Nazarewicz is a commercial real estate expert with extensive experience in international market expansion, business development, team building, and lease management. For over 10 years, she was associated with Pepco, where she was responsible for introducing the company’s brands (Pepco and Dealz) into 15 European countries, opening an average of 600 new stores annually, and overseeing lease management across 18 countries. At MR.DIY Poland, she serves as Business Development Director Europe.
