Having joined the company in 2007 – almost from the very beginning of its operations in the country – he now oversees business across Poland’s key regions. He is responsible for Panattoni’s core areas of activity and plays a pivotal role in shaping the developer’s structures in Poland. He has established strategic partnerships with major clients, including Amazon, for whom Panattoni has delivered projects in Gliwice, Poznań, Sosnowiec, Wrocław, Szczecin, Bolesławiec, and Gorzyczki.
By the end of 2025, the company had delivered over 16 million sqm of industrial and warehouse space in Poland, representing almost half of the nation’s total supply. Thanks to Marek Dobrzycki’s leadership, Panattoni not only strengthens its market dominance but also sets new directions for the sector’s development.
