Michał Kwinta
Position: General Manager of Mindspace Poland and Director of Global Strategic Projects
Michał Kwinta has been with Mindspace since 2017, continuously leading the company’s operations in Poland. He was responsible for introducing the Mindspace brand to the Polish market and launching its first location in Warsaw – Mindspace Koszyki. In the years that followed, under his strategic leadership, the company achieved significant growth, nearly doubling the footprint of that location and, in 2023, opening a new flagship workspace in the capital – Mindspace Skyliner.
Michał began his career at Mindspace as Senior Community Manager, steadily progressing through a series of leadership roles. He currently serves as General Manager of Mindspace Poland and Director of Global Strategic Projects. In these roles, he is responsible both for the continued growth and management of the company’s domestic operations, and for identifying and executing new business opportunities internationally. He also oversees the Polish team, leasing activities, and day-to-day cooperation with brokers, real estate agents, and tenants.
Before joining Mindspace, Michał spent 12 years in the travel and hospitality industries. Early in his career, he worked for LOT Polish Airlines, and later held managerial positions, among others, at Fly Away Travel and Louvre Hotels Group.
