Michał has been active in the retail real estate market for nearly 28 years, specializing in commercial property. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous high-profile projects across Poland.
He is currently a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for the development and strategy of the Retail Department in Poland. The team he leads, which has received the Retail Agency of the Year award on multiple occasions, holds a leading position in the Polish retail leasing and advisory services market.
He has gained professional experience both with advisory firms operating in the commercial real estate sector and on the developer and property owner side. His expertise includes retail tenant acquisition, retail property and asset management, as well as collaboration with design teams. He has also worked with leading real estate companies in Poland and internationally, together with global investment funds.
Michał is recognized for his professionalism, extensive market knowledge, strong client relationships and consistent delivery of agreed objectives. In his work, he focuses on developing solutions based on a win-win approach. He is a committed team member with a strong sense of responsibility and well-developed managerial skills.
