Monika Kisiel is a manager in the Investment Support Department at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH). She is responsible for supporting investment projects and cooperating with institutional and business partners in Poland and internationally. In her daily work, she collaborates with investors, local governments, and other stakeholders involved in the investment process, combining a public‑sector perspective with business needs.
In parallel, she is a certified International Association of Facilitators (IAF) facilitator. In this role, she supports teams and organizations in delivering strategic workshops, participatory processes, and meetings focused on collaboration, consensus‑building, and decision‑making in complex environments.
