Paulina Petynka is responsible for shaping the leasing strategy for office and retail space within Yareal Polska’s portfolio, with a particular focus on space at the LIXA campus and the SOHO by Yareal mixed-use complex.
Paulina Petynka has more than 20 years of professional experience gained at Polish and international advisory, property management and development companies. Before joining Yareal Polska, she spent seven years at Colliers, where, as Associate Director in the Landlord Representation department, she was responsible for supporting and coordinating leasing strategies for the company’s key clients. Prior to that, she worked for nearly two years at Metro Properties as Leasing Manager, where she was responsible for the commercialisation of retail space across nine M1 shopping centres in Poland.
Paulina Petynka also spent 12 years with Centrum Zana, an office developer, where she was responsible for commercial leasing transactions. During her time with the Lublin-based developer, she leased approximately 60,000 sqm of office space and coordinated one of the largest transactions on the local real estate market, in which Centrum Zana sold three office buildings to First Property Poland.
Paulina specialises in strategic advisory, the development of leasing models and strategies, lease negotiations and renegotiations, as well as marketing advisory for the real estate sector. Throughout her career, she has developed and implemented commercialisation strategies for both new developments and existing properties, including coordinating the rebranding of existing office buildings.
