Paulius Gebrauskas is the owner and CEO of Poland Sotheby’s International Realty and the owner of Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty. With over a decade of experience in luxury real estate, he works with local and international clients. In 2012, he opened the first Sotheby’s International Realty office in Vilnius. In 2024, he brought the brand to Poland, opening its Warsaw office, and is now expanding its presence into Estonia.
Paulius has 25 years of experience in sales and marketing across luxury real estate, FMCG and DIY. Previously, he worked for the international Colgate-Palmolive group, where he helped the company secure the No. 1 position across all key categories in three Baltic markets simultaneously.
He holds a degree in Business Management from Vilnius University and completed postgraduate studies in Family Studies at the International University of Catalonia. He is also the founder of Family University, an organisation dedicated to supporting families around the world.
