Philipp Schomberg
Position: Co-Founder, Executive Partner, KINGSTONE Investment Management, CEO, KINGSTONE Real Estate Poland
As CEO in Poland and Co-Founder of the KINGSTONE Group, Philipp Schomberg is responsible for defining and executing the company’s investment strategy as well as driving the development of its operations across European markets. He focuses on structuring and managing investment platforms and oversees key processes related to transaction execution and portfolio growth.
Philipp brings over 16 years of professional experience in real estate banking, asset management, and investment management. Throughout his career, he has led the execution of multi-billion-euro investments and development projects across Europe, covering all major asset classes. He has a strong focus on the German and Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets, combined with broad pan-European investment experience. He has initiated and executed numerous joint venture and co-investment strategies across Germany and the CEE region, including retail, residential, office, and light industrial sectors.
Prior to this, Philipp was working at the Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC), where he worked in the European Real Estate Department, PGIM Real Estate (formerly Pramerica) in the Merchant Banking / Opportunistic Funds Group in London, as well as Helaba in the real estate financing division. Philipp holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from Cass Business School.
