Since July 2026, he has served as President of the Management Board of Veolia ESCO Polska, with responsibility for developing the company’s building energy efficiency offering. He is an experienced manager and expert in the energy sector, as well as in Polish and EU legislation on energy efficiency and district heating.
He has been associated with the Veolia Group since 2023. From 2023 to 2026, he held the positions of ESCO Business Line Director at Veolia and Commercial Director of Veolia ESCO Polska.
He headed the District Heating Department at the Ministry of Climate and Environment. He also served on the supervisory boards of entities including Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A., the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, and the Polish National Energy Conservation Agency. He gained professional experience at the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Energy. He is a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and the National School of Public Administration, and completed the Executive MBA programme at the University of Warsaw.
