Przemysław Konieczka is Executive Director, COO and Fund Manager at Newport by Panattoni, where he is responsible for strategic investment initiatives and portfolio management.
Before joining Newport by Panattoni, he spent 10 years at TFI PZU, where, as Fund Manager and Investment Director, he was responsible for managing an evergreen commercial real estate fund with gross assets of approximately EUR 1 billion, as well as a residential development fund with assets of approximately EUR 100 million. He also served on investment committees.
Earlier in his career, he worked at EY and Santander Bank Polska’s brokerage house. He is also an Assistant Professor at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where he teaches courses in investment portfolio management, behavioural finance and investment projects.
