Sebastian Suchodolski has worked in commercial real estate for more than 15 years, with experience in advisory, investment and development. He held positions at Kancelaria Brochocki and Griffin Real Estate. He then joined Globalworth Poland, where he served as Office Leasing Director. In 2021 he joined Cavatina Group, where he was first responsible for leasing its office portfolio. Since 2024 he has led CRES, the company that manages the Group's properties.
CRES provides office tenants with a full "360-degree" service covering leasing, design, fit-out delivery and day-to-day technical management of the building. In the residential segment, the company takes over the care of the building and the homeowners' association from the day the building is handed over for use, including warranty service.
