Is a Member of the JLL Management Board in Poland and Head of the Industrial Agency. He heads a team that helps companies find and lease warehouse and production space, as well as search for plots of land for such activities. With 20 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Polish warehouse market, Tomasz supports clients in key business decisions - from choosing a warehouse location, through negotiating lease terms, to planning expansion into new markets.
His team serves both global brands such as Castorama, Auchan and Procter & Gamble, as well as Polish companies looking for warehouse space. Tomasz helps them reduce logistics costs, shorten delivery times to customers and effectively develop their business in Poland. He oversees the largest warehouse lease transactions in the country and develops his team's competencies, setting high standards for customer service in the industrial real estate sector.
In September 2025, Tomasz joined the Management Board of JLL in Poland, where he co-decides on the company's strategy and directions for its development on the Polish commercial real estate market. Since April 2022, he has been the Head of the Industrial Agency. Previously, since 2010, he co-managed the team representing the interests of tenants in the largest transactions in Poland. Before joining JLL, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield and BIK SA.
Tomasz actively supports the development of the industry on many levels. As a mentor in the ‘Top Woman in Real Estate’ programme, he helps women develop their careers in the real estate sector by sharing his practical knowledge and experience gained from many years of transactions. He is also the co-author of the guide ‘Made in Poland - An Investment Guide for Manufacturing’, in which he presents investment opportunities in the Polish manufacturing sector and provides tips for companies considering locating a factory in Poland. He regularly comments on trends in the warehouse market in industry media, offering an expert perspective on changes in supply chains and the development of e-commerce. He is a graduate of the Kraków University of Economics - his education, combined with practical experience, has shaped his comprehensive view of the commercial real estate market.
