Tomasz Trzósło leads EPP, Poland’s largest retail real estate manager by GLA, with a portfolio of 33 retail and office properties. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the Central and Eastern European real estate market, specialising in investment, leasing, and asset management. Before joining EPP, he spent more than 20 years at JLL, where his roles included Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe.
Under his leadership, EPP creates long-term value through active asset management, portfolio optimisation and strategic repositioning. The company is transforming its shopping centres into mixed-use destinations that respond to the needs of customers, tenants, and local communities. Investments in modernisation, digital solutions and energy efficiency enhance the appeal of its properties while supporting the delivery of EPP’s SBTi-validated emissions reduction targets.
Tomasz sits on the Strategic Council of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres and represents EPP in the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate.
