Jean-Yves Besnard is the director of Distribution Department (B2B & B2C electronic sales) for ORBIS SA (107 hotels in Eastern Europe). He is responsible for e-commerce, social & mobile media and voice reservations. Jean-Yves joined ORBIS SA in January 2012 after 4 years in AccorHotels Group Headquarters in Paris (e-commerce and e-marketing positions). Since 2001 he has been involved in developing the usage of electronic distribution channels in hospitality business. He has worked in 5 different countries and holds a degree in Business Administration from Aix-en-Provence university.
