Since two years he was a member of the Chamber of Digital Economy Council, where he actively supported activities of e-Chamber and its substantive development. He graduated from the Higher School of Economics and Business Administration in Kielce, Faculty of Political Sciences. He has broad expertise in the field of international political and economic integration. He also has several years of experience in the field of electronic commerce (more than 15 years conducted an online store), as well as expertise in the area of Internet law. Privately interested in powernomics and powermetrics of political units.
