Magda Szubert, as the Concept Development Manager, focuses on the impact of the acoustics of offices on the effectiveness and welfare of the employees. She represents Ecophon Saint-Gobain in international conferences and research, as well as advising on how to plan the ergonomic acoustical environment supporting the company and its image. Her background is psychology, she is interested in occupational psychology and new trends in business.
