Mirosław Gadomski
Manager with years of experience in the maintenance of commercial real estate. He took part in developing the concept of optimization of the operating costs for multiple objects, both in terms of staffing and proper selection of subcontractors, as well as the strategy of maintenance. He was responsible for SPIE Polska development in projects of increasing the energy efficiency of buildings. He has led a series of modernization and investment projects to reduce costs and increase production efficiency.
