Mr Daniel Kwiatkowski is an experienced and effective manager, practitioner in strategic management, good business strategist and excellent negotiator. He holds formal education in Social Psychology and is a graduate of several business trainings. He studies Marketing and Management within MBA at Polish Open Academy of Marketing and Management in Warsaw. Mr Daniel Kwiatkowski started his professional career in 1995 in the customer service department in a multinational chain of restaurants and was quickly promoted to the subsequent management positions. During 10 years of his work for international companies in gastronomic industry, he was responsible for improving the effectiveness of operational structures, planning, strategic management and commercial strategies.

In the period 2006-2011, he worked as the Director of Arkadia Commercial Centre in Warsaw where he was responsible for maximisation of profit and creating the brand value for one of the biggest shopping centres in the country. He also honed his managerial skills in Facility Management. In the recent years, he has been successfully developing two companies in which he held the position of Managing Director – one of the companies operates in the area of technical maintenance of commercial properties for shopping centres, warehouse & logistics centres and hotels, among others; the other one in providing services of road infrastructure maintenance.

Currently, he holds the position of Vice-President of the Management Board at Impel Synergies, a company which belongs to the Impel Group and specialises in integrated and multidimensional real property service.

Mr Daniel Kwiatkowski will participate in the discussion panel ‘Facility management – to już standard. Rachunek zysków i start’ (Facility Management – It Is Already a Standard. Profit and Loss Account) at the 7th edition of the Property Forum in Warsaw on 25th of September 2017 between 1.15 p.m. and 2.15 p.m.
