Since 2007 Dorota has been a partner responsible for Personnel Consulting team in TPA Poland. She has many years of experience in human resource consulting as well as the experience in the business sector: she was responsible for all marketing operations and she was a board member of the medical company.

Within several years of practice in the area of human resource consulting Dorota led projects in the areas of: executive search, recruitment and selection, and personnel audits and outplacement. She also took part in various projects (creating personnel policies and HR tools), also regarding to the post - merger integration. Dorota provides a recruitment projects for middle and upper level managers. Among her clients can be distinguished both Polish leaders and foreign entities, as well as companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Dorota is the author of numerous publications in the field of human resource consulting, also conducts training and lectures on the subject.

In 1997 she graduated from the Department of Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics, with specialization in Human Resources Management. She also completed post-graduate studies at the School of Economics: Human Resource Management and International Business Management.
