Małgorzata is a Partner responsible for real estate team and the Warsaw tax office, in TPA Poland since 2006.

Małgorzata specializes in transactional and restructuring advisory. She has gained a broad experience in advisory on acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate, as well as related financial restructuring. She has performed numerous structuring projects related to tax optimal holding structure as well as achieving tax optimal solutions, including mergers, liquidations, or exchange of shares. She also specializes in advisory for investment funds.

Małgorzata is a co-author of “Restructuring of corporations. Tax aspects” (Restrukturyzacje spółek kapitałowych. Aspekty podatkowe.) published in 2011 by Wolters Kluwer, as well as “Taxation in hotel sector” (Podatki w hotelarstwie) published in 2012 and annual publication – “Hotel Guidebook”, as well as “Retailers’ Guide”.  She is a speaker at many conferences and tax workshops, jury member of RE industry contests.

In 2013 Małgorzata was awarded second place of the Best Tax Advisor in Poland in M&A by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

Małgorzata is certified tax advisor. She is a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association) and the Stowarzyszenie REIT Polska association. graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań, as well as post-graduate studies in tax law at the School of Economics in Warsaw.
