Their professional activities include holding training courses and workshops, as well as designing and implementing changes in organisations (organisational culture assessment and change, competency models, potential assessment with the use of AC/DC sessions).
In the Nowy Styl Group's Workplace Research and Consulting Department, a psychologist supports customers and companies in implementing changes in office spaces and reorganising their styles of working. The certified moderator of the Design Thinking session is successful in applying creative techniques to creating effective solutions.
