Przemysław Krych

Przemysław Krych is chief executive officer and a founder of Griffin Real Estate, a Managing Partner at Cornerstone Partners and a member of the supervisory board of Echo Investment. He has many years of experience in management, investment and restructuring. In recent years, he was behind the largest deals on commercial real estate market, including Echo Investment take-over.

Under his leadership Griffin has become one of the largest and the most active investors with EUR 5 billon-worth assets under management.

Prior to starting his own business, he was a Managing Director and Partner at Templeton Direct Advisors and a manager at Emerging Europe Private Equity Funds. He also held senior managerial positions at Bank Handlowy S.A. in Warsaw (currently Citibank Handlowy), including being a Member of the Managing Committee, Member of the Loan Committee and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Przemysław Krych also was an assistant at the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he received his master’s degree in law (with distinction).
