Renata joined Skanska in May 2011. For an over 4 years she used to work as a HR Business Partner supporting people’s development in Czech Republic and Poland. She also managed global programs for Skanska leaders.
Through her great passion of growing innovative culture she changed her role into Innovation Manager in February 2016. She is responsible in building the culture, creative innovation value chain and implementation of innovations in Skanska Property Poland.
