He is a graduate of Poznań University of Economics and Business, the faculty of Capital Investments and Financial Strategies of Enterprises. He has been working at Nowy Styl Group for almost 7 years now. Being a Project Manager, Sebastian supervised and supported the biggest sales projects in Poland. He was also responsible for initiating sales activities, mainly in southern Poland.
For a year he has been coordinating the Nowy Styl Group's strategy for the specialist BPO/SSC/ITO market. He is responsible for establishing a new concept approach to the sector based on creating interdisciplinary teams that combine sales, HR and marketing activities together with experts in these fields.
