Paulina Petynka is responsible for developing leasing strategies for office and retail spaces in Yareal Polska’s portfolio, including in particular the LIXA campus and the SOHO by Yareal mixed-use complex.

Paulina Petynka has over 20 years of professional experience in advisory, managerial and real property development roles gained in Polish and international companies. Prior to joining Yareal Polska, Paulina worked in the capacity of Associate Director, Landlord Representation Office Department at Colliers for seven years, where she was in charge of supporting and coordinating the leasing strategy for the company’s key accounts. Before that, for almost two years, she was employed as Leasing Manager at Metro Properties, where she was responsible for commercialisation of retail space in nine M1 shopping centres across Poland. In addition, for 12 years, Paulina  was accountable for commercial space lease at Centrum Zana, an office space developer. During that time, she leased approx. 60,000 m2 of office space and coordinated one of the major transactions in the Lublin real property market: Centrum Zana selling three office buildings to the First Property Poland fund.

Paulina’s main area of expertise is strategic consultancy, development of lease models and strategies, negotiating and re-negotiating contracts, as well as marketing consultancy for the real property sector. Her professional experience includes developing and implementing commercialisation strategies for buildings under construction and for buildings in use – including coordinating rebranding procedures of office buildings.
