Michał Nyc
Position: Senior Poperty Manager Varso Place, HB Reavis Investments Poland
Michał Nyc has over 15 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate sector. He joined HB Reavis in 2017, initially assuming responsibility for the management of the West Station office complex. Since 2019, he has overseen the property management of Varso Place. In his capacity as Senior Property Manager, he is responsible for day-to-day tenant relations, the efficient operation of the property, and the development of long-term partnerships with tenants.
Prior to joining HB Reavis, Michał managed a portfolio of office and retail properties in Warsaw while working for NAI Estate Fellows and DTZ Poland.
He holds a degree in management from the University of Warsaw.
