Dr Mateusz Grabiec specializes in real estate and construction law. His professional experience includes advising on all stages of real estate transactions, including land acquisition and disposal, land development for retail, office and residential purposes, corporate structuring of transactions, and leasing of commercial and office space. Mateusz Grabiec has also extensive experience in advising and representing Polish and international companies in various administrative and civil proceedings relating to real estate and construction matters. Additionally, he has advised on the implementation of multiple infrastructure projects, advising on public-private partnership, public procurement law and concessions for construction law.
