Monika Hryniewicz
Graduate of Poznań University of Economics and Business, where she received a master’s degree in Marketing and Management with specialisation in Real Estates and Construction Projects. Finished post-graduate studies in Negotiations and Mediation at WSB University in Toruń in 2011. Associated with the real estate market since the very beginning of her professional career, where she has been in charge of commercialisation of retail and office premises, preparing offers, lease valuations and other sales and marketing materials, as well as conducting negotiations with potential tenants.
For five years she has been professionally associated with the city of Łódź. Since 2016 Monika Hryniewicz has been working at OPG Property Professionals, a company well established on the local market. Not unlike a skilled tailor, she helps clients find made-to-measure commercial spaces and develops well-fitting lease strategies for the properties ran by the company, including TEAL OFFICE and SEPIA OFFICE located at OFF Piotrkowska Center, among others. An experienced specialist who values clear-cut goals and concrete results – since April 2018, Monika Hryniewicz has been running OPG’s lease department as the new Head of Leasing.
