Ilona Otoka

Ilona Otoka, Associate Director, leads the ESG & Sustainability team at Savills Poland, supporting clients in achieving their environmental, social, and governance goals, securing financing, and managing ESG-related risks. She coordinates projects across multiple business lines, expanding the firm’s advisory offer and helping commercial real estate clients implement sustainable solutions.
Before joining Savills, from 2018 she worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where she created and developed the ESG advisory service line, as well as carried out property valuations of single assets worth up to €210 million. Throughout her career, she has advised leading real estate market players on transforming their assets towards greater sustainability.
She graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), Warsaw University of Technology, and Kozminski University, where she gained expertise in spatial management, property valuation, and sustainable development strategies.
